介護総合センターかんざき サテライト常磐
「サテライト常磐」は、母体施設である介護総合センターかんざきの分館型の施設です。
青山里会としては四郷地区に続き２つ目となる地域密着型特養【木造平屋建て】が常磐地区に2010年3月にオープンしました。常磐地区には初めての特別養護老人ホームの誕生となります。
