家庭環境や住宅事情等により、自宅での生活が困難な高齢者が自主的に生活できるよう配慮された住居提供型の施設です。入居可能年齢は６０歳以上、小山田天然温泉の入浴ができ、A型は給食付き、B型は自炊型となっています。低額で利用できるということから人気を集めています。生活に支援が必要な場合には外部サービスの利用が可能です。
