小山田グループホーム
２０００年１２月にオープンしました。見た目はモダンな赤い屋根ですが、中に入ると木のぬくもりを感じる建物です。要支援２～要介護の認知症高齢者の方にご入居いただけます。
小山田グループホームは、認知症高齢者の方々が家庭的な雰囲気の中で共同生活を営みながら、介護その他日常生活上の世話及び機能訓練を行うことにより、可能な限り自立して安心した日常生活を送っていただけるよう、介護スタッフが支援してまいります。
