小山田特別養護老人ホーム サテライト四郷
「サテライト四郷」は、母体施設である小山田特別養護老人ホームの分館型の施設です。
2009年4月に四郷在宅介護支援センターに隣接してオ―プンしました。ワンユニット10名の方が家庭的な雰囲気の中で、健やかに暮らせていけるように介護スタッフが支援してまいります。
